Celebrated British garden designer Penelope Hobhouse grounds this veritable horticultural master class from her own garden in Dorset, England – by way of contrast and complement to the remarkable assemblage of gardens and garden personalities she chose to present in the series: from horticultural icons, such as America’s James Van Sweden and Marco Polo Stufano, British rosarian David Austin Sr., and the Grand Dame of British horticulture, the late Rosemary Verey, to the enterprising husband and wife teams Sandra & Nori Pope at Hadspen House, and Jim Buckland & Sara Wain at West Dean Gardens.
